[SciPy-user] testing SciPy without ATLAS ;-(

Hi Eric,

true, that I am mixing builds of CVS sources, downloaded tarballs and
DIY generated tarballs from CVS, but as far as I can see: weave
is in the SciPy tarball, so it should be rebuild on a full rebuild, isn't it?

I really think the problem comes from the standard LAPACK provided
BLAS.
