[SciPy-user] LAPACK from Netlib

Hi Pearu,

Please can you give some advice concerning the installation of the
gzipped LAPACK tarball
http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack.tgz
I guess it's not so convenient in comparison with the ATLAS
installation.
