IN ORDER TO USE THE SCIPY WITH PYTHON23 IN WIN32 FROM BINARY INSTALATION
YOU MUST INSTALL THE SCIPY CORE PACKAGE

I HAVE INSTALLED THIS, I DONT HAVE ANY GARRANTY THAT THIS PACKAGE DONT HAVE VIRUS BUT I HAVE INSTALLED AND SCIPY NOW WORK WELL.

Please download this package and install it before using scipy binary installation for python 23.
