Actually, no. (!?!?)  I'm using a good-old 32-bit Intel processor.  Does it
work for you on 32-bit machines?

Great to know that you're also interested in using this code.  Even
better that you wrote the wrapper! :) I'll take another look at this
in a few days when I have some free time.  Maybe try to use the CVS
code with your patch.  No time ATM: working toward a paper deadline!
