   It's actually the same command. Only, when committing changes you have to 
supply username and password using, e.g. --username and --password options. 
But a subversion GUI (I'm happy with esvn for linux & windows) will do that 
for you.
   What's really nice, there are no more delay between developers and 
anonymous access.
