Good heavens, no. We make binaries for Windows, but it works on Linux just fine.
In fact we even make some binaries for Linux, too.

Note that the "enthought" package (the "Enthought Tool Suite") is different from
"Python, Enthought Edition" which is just a collection of packages.
OS X, on the other hand, has a snag or two.
