[SciPy-user] Is it allowed to distribute SciPy ?

hello

as I indicated in a previous post I need a simple installer,
I just tried Inno, and at first look,
it seems that I can produce with 10 lines of text a "1-button" installer 
for
  SciPy + PyScripter + Signal WorkBench

Is this allowed ?
(I realize that it's a bad habit not to choose the official path,
but I think it's even worse, not to promote SciPy ;-)
