[SciPy-user] maskedarray

Hi,
This has been raised on this list in the past. IIRC the main issue is
one of sufficient testing particularly by users. Of course this is a
little like what comes first as people probably just use ma as it is
part of numpy.

I would like to see it in but I don't use it heavily to sufficiently
comment on it.
