[SciPy-user] [scikits] Updated generic optimizer (and egg download link)

can you inform, how this egg should be installed?

(scikits_optimizers-0.5.dev_r700-py2.5.egg) 

it has neither INSTALL.txt, no setup.py, that is required in scikits page.
when I run python scikits_optimizers-0.5.dev_r700-py2.5.egg
it yields
