Do you mean the ones from NETLIB ? I have sconsified version of them 
(that is I wrote scons scripts instead of the makefiles; scons works 
with MS compilers and on windows, wo the cygwin pain). I planned on 
cleaning them before publishing it, but I can send them to you if you 
want them as it is,
