[SciPy-user] 3D bar charts

It would be nice if there were something in SciPy with that capability 
(not complaining; I should add it if I want it that bad !) and though I 
haven't seen what's in the bleeding edge of the repository I am unaware 
of anything like that. When I required something like that in the past 
I've used dislin (http://www.mps.mpg.de/dislin/).
