AFAIK, nobody ported pyloess to scikits. I still have the sources of the 
sandbox version lurking on my hard drive. I could send them to you if you're 
interested. I could also try to create a specific scikits, depending on 
whether other people request it (and if it's not a problem for anybody). Let 
me know.
