As for the Cookbook section, I'm sorry, I should have been more
specific. In the lectures, there are "Application" lectures, like
"Finite-state Optimal Growth"

And I feel these specific application lectures could be linked under
the cookbook or topical software section. They are essentially
recipes. However, the applications often refer to the book, but it
is not strictly necessary, if you understand the problem. Just an
idea. It's just that it took me a while to find this, and there's
nothing like this in the SciPy website (which is a natural place to
search).
