Hi,
Possibly... but y in reality is an array of all the iterations of an
optimisation algorithm for 3 parameters. So it is 90 in the scenario I
described but it could have been 100,000. What I was trying to do was plot
all (really the avg) of all the possible realisations of the model function
given these iterations (attempts to optimise the model parameters). Hence
the dims don't match. So after I do a run of the model function for each of
the possible optimised parameters I average the ensemble. So I end up with a
30, 1 dim array. So I guess it is possible I am being very dumb here, and I
said as much in my original posting!
