[SciPy-User] installing/compiling scipy module on windows, mingw

oh thank you for that hint...there are cython files in the directory but no exe...it seems that the cython win-installer didn't properly (completetly) install cython.
there are only following cython files in the named directory: 

07.01.2011  20:55    <DIR>          Cython
14.12.2010  14:52             1.872 Cython-0.14-py2.6.egg-info
13.12.2010  23:42               209 cython.py
10.01.2011  14:06               345 cython.pyc
10.01.2011  14:06               345 cython.pyo

how should i proceed?? is the cython.exe somewhere hidden or just not installed?? there is only the Cython-0.14.win32-py2.6 - exe file which i used for the doubleclicked for the installation.
