Because of an oversight,
there might be other things missing. I don't think we checked for completeness.

I added it to http://docs.scipy.org/scipy/docs/scipy-docs/stats.rst/
but the docstring of entropy is not up to standard
http://docs.scipy.org/scipy/docs/scipy.stats.distributions.entropy/#scipy-stats-entropy
