[SciPy-User] MODIS data and true-color plotting

I'm have working with l2 processed  images by SeaDAS. It has many flags
over bash shell, and is much funcional. But the rest of process working I
am trying to run over python instead matlab.
Chlorophyll and Rrs  match up, relations with empirical algorithm and
another products.
