[SciPy-User] upgrading scipy on windows seven 64 bits

Hi,
Is there any provision for the release of a release?
Has http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ with releases, but scipy
requieres numpy compiled with MKL from Intel (you may have problem with
license).
