[SciPy-User] [SciPy-user] ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.After update

Think I figured it out. When I tried from scipy.linalg import toeplitz from
the command line I got the same error. I updated scipy and now I no longer
get those errors. thanks for the help!
