[SciPy-User] scipy.integrate.dblquad with variable boundary

I am trying to use dblquad to do double integration, but one of the
boundaries of the integrale is also a variable.
This is the integral: $\int^b_a \int^y_c f(x,y) dydx$
May some one help?
