[SciPy-User] HMM in Python

I am rewriting the code for my book "Hidden Markov Models and Dynamical
Systems" (see http://www.siam.org/books/ot107/) in python3.  The code
for the basic algorithms (including what you ask for) is written.  I am
in the process of getting permission from my employer to distribute the
code under GPL.  I hope to get permission this week.
