You'll need an svn client - grab one from 
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html

Unless you have a setup that allows you to compile portaudio, you'll probably
want to also grab the shtoom 0.2 installer, and grab fastaudio.pyd and 
libsndfile.dll from that as well.
