[Soap-Python] soaplib "landing" page and documentation.

Hi

A couple of things:

1. The page that currently ranks highest in google for "soaplib" is
"wiki.github.com/jkp/soaplib/" which is currently out of date.
2. The new Sphinx'ified documentation is visible at the bottom of
"http://github.com/jkp/soaplib" which doesn't seem intuitive.

How/where is the documentation supposed to exist? What page should be
the "landing page" for the project?

Regards
j.
