[Soap-Python] https - trust certificate

Hi all, i'm tryind to use pysimplesoap as client.

When i try to connect to this WSDL:
*http://tinyurl.com/6jjgbtr*


i receive alwais this error:
*** SSLHandshakeError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:480: error:14090086:SSL 
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

Is not quite clear to me how to solve this.
I've worked a lot over this issue and i think client don't handle 
correctly certificate.

Am i wrong?
