[Soc2015-general] sk-learn in GSoC 2015

Hi everyone

I am Vishwajeet, a sophomore from LNMIIT,Jaipur. I wanted to ask that
whether a proposal for* sk-learn* have any scope of acceptance in GSoC 2015
as it is not listed in ideas page.
I am planning to implement some new recent Machine Learning algorithm
including one Deep Learning Algorithm along with some parameter
optimization algorithms like Particle Swarm optimization.
