Summary: Add SpamBayes headers with Outlook plug-in

Initial Comment:
[From the list]
Could you add a custom line to the mail header when the
message is classified as spam?
[Mark's response]
I see no reason we can't add this as a disabled-by-
default option. However, we should do it properly,
allowing the headers to be "fully specified" - ie, we
should consider adding the complete set of headers the
proxy does.

Please open a feature request at sourceforge (and I
doubt I will find the time in the short term)

Mark: if you can point me towards an example of how to add
a header to an Outlook message, then I'm happy to put
together a patch with the rest of the code necessary for
this. I'm not really sure about how to add the header, though
(change PR_TRANSPORT_HEADERS?), and never have much
luck searching for this sort of thing.

If pointing me to an example is as much work as just doing it
yourself, then never mind, I'll wait and watch when you find
time for this :)
