Summary: Unrecoverable Fatal Error

Initial Comment:
Version 007 running in Outlook XP had a fatal error.
Uninstalled 007 and installed 0081. The original
SPAMbayes ICONs were left in the Outlook toolbar and
caused no action to happen when selecting them.

Uninstalled 0081, removed SPAMbayes from the toolbar
and reinstalled 0081, and removed all SPAMbayes
directories. Now, no entries for SPAMbayes are on the
toolbar.

Toubleshooting Guide worked. Deleted Outcmd.dat.

No word from reporter, so not much I can do. Best guess is
the fatal DB error, which is being tracked elsewhere.

What do you mean "had a fatal error"? What message did you
see, and where did you see it?

Have you tried the "troubleshooting guide", and reset all
the toolbars?
