Summary: Register dll fails

Initial Comment:
I'm trying to install 008.1 and it keeps blowing up while 
trying to register spambayes_addin.dll. I've turned off 
my firewall and anti-virus programs (and anything else I 
can think of) but to no avail.

I'm running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP with all current 
patches installed.

Any suggestions?

We are tracking this in [ 807618 ] outlook install fails to
register dll - Error 0.  Please re-open if this isn't the
same bug, attaching a log or further details.  Thanks.
