Initial Comment:
Every time I exit Outlook I am greeted with

“Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs 
to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

I am running Windows XP Pro/Outlook XP both with the 
latest and greatest patches and updates.
