Initial Comment:
Greetings-

Even though I created a default_configuration.ini file 
and defined a specific location for the Data Folder, when 
I open SpamBayes manager, select the advanced tab 
and click on the Show Data Folder button, it still brings 
me to the default location (Documents and 
Settings\{Username}\Application Data\Spambayes).

If I click on the Diagnostics button and then View Log, it 
does show that it is pointing to the location I specified 
in my default_configuration.ini file.
