Summary: Documentation of Options, persistent_storage_file
Initial Comment:
The documentation in Options.py gives hammie.db as the
default without mentioning the trick at the beginning of
sb_filter.HammieFilter. This is a bit confusing for a new user.

Things are slightly different now, but the problem still
exists. The '~/' is no longer necessary, because a plain
'.hammie.db' will be taken relative to the config file,
which defaults to the home directory. However, there's
still a difference between "hammie.db" and ".hammiedb".
This should be resolved one way or the other for 1.1a1.

[Why would a new user be reading the source code?]
The best fix here would be to get rid of the hackish trick in
sb_filter (and also one of the other scripts from memory -
mboxtrain, maybe?). This could be done from 1.1.a1, since a
lot of other things will be changing then, and people could use
1.0 if they need a stable release.
I think the correct fix is to change the default
to "~//hammie.db" - this will end up in the Application Data
directory for Windows users, which is ok (and most will have
been caught earlier anyway, and be moved into application
data/spambayes/proxy).
