Initial Comment:
This patch relative to mboxtrain.py in the 2003-01-17
snapshot fixes two trivial problems in mhdir_train:
files are overwritten needlessly, and the count of
trained messages is not properly updated.  I just took
the logic from the maildir_train function and
duplicated it.

At some point since this the count has been corrected.

I'm not sure whether the other change is correct or not.  It
means that if the include_trained header option is True the
message won't be in the new version of the mbox (i.e. it
will vanish).  This doesn't seem like the desired behaviour.
 If I'm wrong, please re-open.

I'm attaching a new patch relative to the current CVS. 
Sorry for not doing that to begin with.

The only difference actually between this patch and the
previous one is the line numbers.
