Initial Comment:
kacolly's fix doesn't work for me.  I'm using Outlook 2003 
(11.6359.6360) SP1.

Process used:
- Rightclick on "Unread Mail"
- Select "Customize this Search Folder"
- Set "Mail from these folders will be included in this 
Search Folder" to Inbox
- Click OK

Any more info kacolly?
