Initial Comment:
While attempting to install SpamBayes v1.0.2 on a 
WinXP SP2 system, the installation process fails near 
the end with the following pop-up window:

Title Bar: "outlook_addin_register.exe - Unable to 
Locate Component"

Message: "This application has failed to start because 
MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the 
application may fix this problem."

Re-installation attempts were unsuccessful, however.  
It appears that I am missing a needed DLL from the 
Microsoft Visual-C Runtime environment.

Sorry - the installer is faulty.  For the moment, please
reinstall 1.0.1.  A 1.0.3 release that fixes this problem
should be out later today.
