Summary: DLL Missing Error

Initial Comment:
When (re)installing spambayes-1.0rc2.exe all goes well, 
but when I try spambayes-1.0.2.exe I get a DLL missing 
error (msvcr71.dll).

I re-downloaded the .exe again and tried after a reboot; 
same result.

PS: 1.0.2 is missing from the "group" dropdown in the 
"submit a bug report form".

There was a problem with the 1.0.2 installer.  A 1.0.3
release is now available that fixes this problem.  Please
download the updated version.
