Summary: Automatic Filtering Only Works Intermittently

Initial Comment:
Using Microsoft Outlook, filtering is enabled on my 
inbox and training seems to be good, however messages 
are not always filtered automatically. If I go to the 
FilterNow dialog and click on the Start Filtering 
button, then messages in the inbox will be scored 
appropriately and spam messages are moved to the spam 
folder.

Sometimes this happens automatically for a while (a 
day or so), but then it just stops working and I have 
to filter by hand. Occasionally it starts filtering 
automatically again, but never lasts for long.
