Hello, 
I have combed through the posts, and found no suggestions as to how to fix this issue. 

Computer is running Windows XP SP2 & Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.

I have uninstalled both Outlook and Spambayes, reinstalled with no success. Outlook starts, then crashes as soon as Spambayes add-in loads. Outlook runs fine after disabling the add-in. Log file is attatched.
