On this very bug report page at SourceForge it is stated:
Outlook Users: Also check the _Frequently_Reported_Bug_List_ to see if your problem is mentioned. Make sure you have read the _troubleshooting_guide_, and please remember to _upload_your_log_file_

The _troubleshooting_guide_ link doesn't work anymore; you get a custom SourceForge 404 page on it with the below content.  I guess the file "troubleshooting.html" has been removed/renamed in CVS?
