[spambayes-dev] html.py for faq generation

I'm trying to run make in the 'website' directory, but don't have the
'html.py' referenced by the makefile.  Can someone tell me where I can get
it (or better yet, put it in cvs <wink>)?

I thought it may be from "ht2html", but I just grabbed the CVS version of
that and there is no "html.py" there.
