[spambayes-dev] A3 release

As you may have noticed, I released a3 just now.  I don't have the
ability to create a tar.gz package right at the moment, so if someone
wants to do that for me and add it, that would be great.  If not, I'll
try to do it tomorrow.

This is somewhat later than the Friday I said, but never mind.  This is
also my first sf release, so I might have screwed something up.  If you
notice something, please fix it if you can!
