UserInterface.py should serve up the changeopts page - it makes all the
changes and presents you with either a "save done" or "invalid settings"
page.

I presume your settings aren't being saved via the interface, then,
right?  (If they are, what happens if you try refreshing the 404 page?)

Do all the other interface pages show up correctly?  Is this pop3proxy
or imapfilter?  Everything works here, but I'm not doing this from a
completely fresh install, so that may be why.
