Fine by me (the names bit).  Do we use the name 'debug' header, or
'evidence' header?  The former is the older name, but the latter is more
easily understood (IMO) for end-users.  OTOH, pop3proxy users are
(hopefully) not exposed to the actual option names, so may not need to
notice if one changes.
