sb_server.py, ImapUI.py, ProxyUI.py, ServerUI.py, UserInterface.py, and
storage.py.

However, you can skip ImapUI unless he is using imapfilter, and skip
ServerUI unless he is using pop3dnd and skip storage.py, because the
change just makes the problem clearer when it does happen (and it no
longer should!).

So, for all intents and purposes, the files are: sb_server.py,
ProxyUI.py, and UserInterface.py.
