I imagine that this will happen as soon as someone capable of doing the
development to make it work has CrossOver Office on RedHat 9 :)  In the
meantime, you can always use the POP3 proxy or IMAP filter with it.  Not
quite the same experience, but the results are the same.

Start by reading <http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/server_side.html> -
there are comments there from people that have successfully used
spambayes server side (including one that is with Exchange).  Neither
has individual training data, AFAICT, but you could probably figure out
a way to do that.
