We are not throwing away the envelope; we consider large parts of the
envelope to be content, and incorporate it just like any other token
source.  Most particularly, we get information from the From, To, CC,
Message-Id, and Received headers (plus all the MIME-related headers).
We have tested including stuff from other headers too, with various
results (Date tends to be useless, for instance).
