Take a look at the mod_spambayes.py script in the contrib directory of the
spambayes archive.  This implements a SpamBayes based filter using Amit
Patel's proxy3 web proxy.  It would certainly be a reasonable start
(depending on the requirements of the project).

I suspect that other than building in training & configuration somehow, the
majority of the work that you'd need to do would be creating a tokenizer
optimised for web pages, rather than email.
