What is the error message that you get?  Is it something about not being
able to register and an error 0x00000000?  If so, then this is a known
problem, but not one with a known solution (although I gather that various
things have worked for various people - the sourceforge tracker has more
details).

If it is, you might want to try the experimental binary that's on Mark's
website (search for "experimental spambayes hammond" and you should find
it), since that's built using a different process, and (we hope) will
eliminate this problem.

If it is a different error message, then it'd help to know exactly what it
was.
