[spambayes-dev] 1.0b1 Release candidates

Here are release candidate 1's for 1.0b1.  If you've got some time to try
out the one appropriate for you before Mark gets back next week, that would
be great.

Note that the ActivePython pythoncom.dll problem still exists with the
binary - I'm leaving this for Mark.  This is from CVS 24/3/4 16:28+1200.
The changelog/what's new has all the details about what's different since
1.0a9 (a few small bugs, the open relay problem, various imapfilter
problems).
