True, though ui.html doesn't change very often, so keeping them in sync
wouldn't be a huge overhead.

You could imagine some kind of fallback system whereby if an element
wasn't present in the i18n file then it was fetched from the English
file, but I can't see an easy way of doing that off the top of my head.
