There's no hurry.  I expect it will be at least a month before 1.1a2, and it
shouldn't take much time to actually integrate the translation.

It's likely to only be a problem with the Outlook dialogs (they're the only
UI that's really fixed in size).  However, it's simplest if you don't worry
about that - just do the translation, and if there is a size issue then I
(or one of the other developers) can take care of resizing anything
necessary.  IIRC, we adjusted the Outlook dialog to fit the French a little
- it's easy enough to do (as long as the translation isn't massively longer
than the original!).
